Good for Oakland. If the team refuses to spend money to provide a quality product, why support them? Oakland fans doing what Mariner fans don't have the balls to do.
 
Edit: The Raiders thrived there, went to LA, worked the city for a “remodel” to return, and bolted. “Mount Davis” killed it for baseball…Al Davis went vertical on their ass…”Just Win, Baby!”

Vancouver bitched about Seattle getting a hockey team. Different distance I know, but still. The giants are a huge brand anyways. Tell them to stfu.

Disagree. They are a pretty successful franchise. Spending money in baseball is often a huge waste. A team like the Yankees, Dodgers, Red Sox, etc can afford the busts because their money is endless. Players don’t hit free agency until 29-32 and most the big signings end up being terrible. It really is tough to get it right.

I’m sure they would spend more money with a stadium. Nobody wants to go sit in a dump when the Giants have a beautiful ballpark. What casual fan wants to bring their family or a group of friends to a shit hole? So the A’s have 5-10k diehards and little else.

Giants stabbed the A's in the back. The A's gsve the Giants the market to help keep them in SF instead of Tampa and how do they repay them? Stab them in the back and block San Jose for the A's f the Giants!
