Hire the way he has.

Think your scheme is good when it sucks.

Hear the play calls coming through the headset and let this happen on offense or defense.

Play crappy players for extended time.

Let recruiting completely fall apart in one off season.

 
Nos. 1 and 5 by themselves are reason enough Jimmy Ty Gilbertson shouldn't be back in 2022.

Crazy as it sounds, as a UW head coach Lake is without a doubt a worse recruiter than Willingham.

Neither JonDon nor Gregory will ever be a coordinator again at Power 5A school.

To be fair, that’s what Oregon has done for years and they supposedly care more than anyone. And it’s kinda what Ohio State and Oklahoma have done to great success recently. We just kinda suck at it apparently.
