Not sure about this indictment

I think the weak part of this is the "an intent to commit another crime or to aid or conceal the commission thereof." It's a crime to jaywalk... the prosecution will fail to show the link

Capone's was a solid indictment within the statute of limitations and the facts of the tax fraud was overwhelming, beyond dispute not just reasonable doubt.

I think it should probably be a misdemeanor with these charges... The taboo is gone from this though and I expect other real charges soon, like all of the other shit he really did do.

Trump's modus operandi is to push the law as far as he possibly can, delay, obfuscate, lie,... it's no wonder he's been in courts all his adult life. He's going to keep this going, I don't know how long, maybe for the rest of his life, but the shit may hit the fan too and his luck runs out.

Hey dumbfuck where's this other crime he's concealing? What's the charge? He's only been charged with misdemeanors and nothing about furthering another crime. This would necessitate another charge. That hasn't happened This is total bullshit.

The really funny part is that all the counts occurred in 2017. After the election. Biggest farce in history. Except Dazzler being an attorney.
 
They have so many cases lined up against Trump we're going to need a scorecard to keep track. J. Turley said last night that the upcoming NYC and GA cases are nothingburgers. The intent is to keep Trump on defense and use his ongoing court battles to sway undecided voters.

But this isn't election interference, this is about the LAW!
