After the 11/19 games there are 65 bowel-eligible teams to fill the 86 slots. There are only 18 teams with 5 wins at this point. So 3 bowel teams are guaranteed to have less than 6 wins.
 
It's always special to see the tens of fans in the stadium to watch two awful teams square off for some trophy neither team wants in their trophy case.

Seriously, BSPN is the only entity making any money off these fourth and fifth tier bowels. It does nothing for the game and schools are required to buy x amount of tickets. There have been examples of schools in BCS bowls who have lost money.
 
Does this mean that the Ducks will go to a bowl this year and keep Slingblade and Hoke?!? Please let this happen!!!

Nope. Most likely entire P12 (sub .500 teams) have an APR that is too low to benefit from the 5-7 exception.

OTOH Hawaii and Army are on top of the list for sub .500 bowl qualifiers. UH (if they beat UMass) due to winning 6 of 13 and Army for beating two lower division teams (if they loose this week).

The Locust Prevention dot com bowl in Temecula would be honored to invite such a prestigious program like Oregon to compete for the spray-can trophy.
