Steve Kerr has won titles and his players that won titles with him also like him. Winning games and having a profitable team comes first and the Warriors took off with Kerr coaching. Almost every owner in the NBA would love to have Kerr as their coach.
On the other hand he lost two finals and blew a 3 to 1 lead in one and hasn't been heard from once his players got old or left
