Rules for the 21st Century:
* People are getting injured. No more tackling above the waist. No more tackling below the waist. No hitting the helmet.
* Players are required to change uniforms every time out, or at least at the end of periods. If that is impossible uniforms must be changed at halftime.
* Fans not making enough noise will be blamed for the players and escorted out of the stadium.
* All fans are required to make stupid posts on message boards.
* No stadium shall have a legitimate scoreboard. Only McDonalds or Starbucks or Burger King or Taco Bell will show in the stadium. The jumbotrons are required to be no smaller than 1/10 the size of the stadium or the dimensions of the field, whichever is larger. Only show pictures of fans making silly faces or medical industry advertisements about world class physicians.
