College athletic directors are morons:

Sumlin’s buyout currently sits at $10.4 million, without an offset or stretch provision (meaning he would get it all in one lump sum within 60 days of his dismissal). The contract also has a separate agreement with #YESSIR, LLC, a company Sumlin is the President of. Sumlin’s contract states the school must pay #YESSIR, LLC corporate payments through December 2019.

Wasn't Leach due money from T Tech ? How did that work out?

I thought Texas schools can just walk away from paying amounts owing to coaches that get shitcanned.

Or are you saying that Black Sark was a better legal analyst (protected himself) better than the Lawyer who is currently coaching in Pullman?
