I've probably told the story but in 2019 the la raza mayor was (s)elected. The voting was changed to the rec center. It had been at a closer location 95% of the time since I moved in 2010. I don't remember receiving anything in the mail, and neither did this other guy who was as confused as Billy. I'm sure it was just a coincidence. The morbidly obese recorder chick put me on some list and I had to call in and verify something about two years ago. Shut up Bill, it's just an error. There's no conspiracy.
