Yes, Cuog has done a good job against Oregon the last couple years as has everyone else in the conference. Slingblade sucked cock, this is well documented.
What is also documented is UW is capped out and they aren't good. That's reality. Oregon sucks right now and they're not much worse.

Cuogs are in the same boat as UW, ASU and most of the other PAC 12 programs. They've got a hell of a lot of ground to cover before they even up the score from the indiscriminate carnage and slaughter of the duckade that was visited upon them. I'm not going to look it up because you aren't worth the effort, but I'm pretty sure cuogs lost 8 or 9 straight games. They barely avoided their own duckade.
But even if all of that were not true, show me the hardware.
No PAC 12 championships.
No playoff trophies.
No title game appearances.
