Courts never ruled or punted on the issue. Say, this lawsuit says that the legislature passes legislation that provides the process for voting. The statute says a voter may request a mail in ballot, otherwise they are required to go to the polls. Well, the Soros funded leftard Secretary of State and/or the Governor decided that the voting both requirement was an unnecessary hardship so mail in votes are good to go. Oh, and also matching vote signatures to original registration signatures is racist and unconstitutional. That's the court victories that dodo loves to tout. Again, not one leftard supports the basic principles of an honest election. Just yell "Democracy" and Blacks are too stupid to get ID" and the honest debate is over.
