USC wins out (Notre Dame and over Oregon), goes to the CFP. Does the Rose Bowl take Oregon over UW considering they lost to us(?)? Probably, but still…

If there are some upsets this weekend, (South Carolina over Clemson, Kansas over K-St.) and the conference titles are won by the favorites, UW at 10-2 and in the top 10 > Oregon at 10-3 and probably outside the top 10 or Utah at 9-4. That’s UWs best bet at the Rose Bowl.
