NFL to hand out 15 yard penalties for the N word

What will they call it on the field? "Un-sportsman like conduct" seems rather harsh for what many could claim is nothing more than free speech in search of smack. How about "15 yards for Antebellum conduct" which might put the N-word infraction in proper cultural context? For those of you who think this lame attempt to make professional football more civilized is needed, consider the $Billions in payroll generated by the NFL. Far far better than what Antebellum's king cotton could ever have hoped to become.
 
So when a safety lays a big hit and his teammate comes up to him and goes "Good hit my nigga!" is that 15 and an automatic first down?
