They won't show on TV except for Sports Center highlights - which I won't watch. Now in the stands, could be great as white people refuse to stand for the Black Anthem and Blacks refuse to stand for the Star Spangled Banner. That's gonna be great for national unity. Now that I think about, pretty sure Oregon and Washington will follow suit and have the Black Anthem at Autzen and Husky Stadium.

Idk, this is the last straw for me. Just cancelled my NFL Sunday Ticket sub. I'm done and out. I don't need to give money to the most privileged class of people in the world whining about their victimhood and spitting in our collective faces.

I think this is just going to accelerate the trend of people quitting sports entertainment. It's not THE thing that will break the NFL but it's certainly another brick in the wall.

That's a concrete loss of revenue. I don't know what paid subscriptions amount to for the NFL. It will be interesting to see whether others follow suit.

I was thinking more about how many eyeballs the league can deliver to advertisers on network television.

I don’t even stand when UW band “raises the flag” and plays god save the Queen. I’m sure as he,k works the stand for the “ black national anthem”. When I’m walking in the stadium and people stop in the aisles if the national anthem is being played, I go around them if at all possible.
 
Don't they need to sing all the national anthems? The Irish, Mexican, Chinese, Injun, Italian, French, Canadian etc etc etc etc.

I haven't watched any games other than the stupor bowl for the last 4 years. I was playing fantasy football with my kids and just lost interest and the end result is that I have Sunday's free. and Monday. and Thursday. and don't have to watch ESPN so a win win for me.

I got real sick of watching the national anthem being ignored by most players, they should do as the NCAA does and not televise it. That way the are only offending those unlucky folks in the stands. ESPN would more than likely film the national anthem and play it at numerous political interruption commentaries during the games.
 
If I sit down to watch a regular season game and feel like I'm getting social justice warrior stuff shoved in my face when I'm trying to watch a football game, I will turn it off. Even the Seahawks.
 
I'll still watch football. I had no problem avoiding the woke MLB All-Star Gayme or most NBA though.

All this stupid shit goes back 10-15 years ago. Wear pink, futbol Americano, and all the rest.

I just want to watch football. Take your causes elsewhere or buy ad time.
