Peters would be a great cheaper alternative for the Seahawks when Maxwell leaves.

Another scout said Peters was the best CB prospect in 14 years. I doubt that is true, but he's a stud.

With Carroll coaching him up, he would probably be better than Maxwell right now. If he falls to the bottom of the 1st that would be a steal.

He's not going in the first round. Honey Badger fell to the third round because of weed and some off field stuff. Peters is probably a better prospect, but choking a corch, twice, is going to raise some real red flags. He goes second round at the earliest.

The Hooks are all about trading down anyway, so I could see them trading their first rounder, grabbing an extra pick or two and still snagging Peters in the second. Which would be a steal, for sure. He's got top 10 pick talent.

The problem here is that you're just assuming the report about his choking his coach (twice) is true. We only have one anonymous scout who made that claim, and Petersen allowing him back after even one incident of an assault flies in the face of everything we know about CP.
