I got service in that fan zone attached to the stadium over by the golf course clubhouse but that was really the only spot. Once you went inside the stadium compete dead zone.
 
This could be explained by the fact that the last time UW actually won a Rose Bowl their phones looked like this.

I was in Houston too. If I wasn’t then how come I know that only clear plastic bags that are 12 in x 6 in x 12 in or smaller, one-gallon clear resealable plastic bags, or small clutch bags or purses that are 4.5 in x 6.5 in or smaller are permitted?
