My comment was about improvement. Putting it in your terms (where the team either sucked or was pretty good), they sucked more in the 1st half of the season than they did in the 2nd. Happy?

Your post is FS. I would honestly say it's an agenda to insist they were much improved late in the year.

They played relatively well sometimes early in the year (Illinois, Cal).

Against WSU, they didn't even play well. The offense was a disaster in the first half and WSU had already completely imploded.
