I know the bored is going to hate these but I like them. I don't love them, the numerals are a problem. But the purple is a big step forward, the lack of black is a massive improvement, and the entire look is general cleaner and better.

I'm a fan.

I agree. I feel like the purple helmet really caters to the younger generation though. They seemed to love it in past alterations.

 
Purple too navy, pants not shiny gold, away numbers looks wrong, purple chrome helmet is just awful, dick too small. They look like fucking Notre Dame tried to go for a modern look.

Maybe the low light makes the purple look dark, but right now I hate them.

Holy shit these are good. It helps when expectations were so low. Agree that numbers on the white jersey need gold outlines. I would have taken simply loading every white helmet in the program's possession into a rocket and shooting them into the sun, but this is actually pretty good!

I think something the skwaad--and football in general--should be looking into is adapting MIPS slip membranes into the helmets. No way that wouldn't be a huge jump in safety, as most football hits to the head are off-axis and cause rotational deflection.
 
This is a better picture than the one I saw earlier. The white numbers on the purple jerseys are actually not bad. I hate the numbers on the white jerseys. They look too awkward and thin.

Trash the purple fucking helmets for fuck's sake.

Looks like the same shade to me just it's a reflective material like the numbers. Could be wrong tho
 
Quite honesty if they added the stripes on the pants I’d love them. Numerals aren’t 100% throwback but it’s nitpicking.
 
idk, that poster "cuntwaffle" makes some good points

Seriously though, it shows how dense and out of touch our AD is. Jen really needs to shitcan a bunch of people.
