I would agree with you if you mean defense spending and social issues (limited government doesn't just extend to the fiscal / monetary side).

Keynesian policies give cover to Big Government types who want to buy votes by monetizing the debt and leveraging the US Treasury.

Cute and simple but not accurate. Anarchists don't want any governance while Libertarians agree to it but only if it is limited and more local rather than Federal.

I don't know if I'd consider myself a Libertarian or what (not a Republican or a Democrat) but that whole powers not enumerated in the Constitution are reserved for the States thingy matters.
