And everyone is on Mitchell's knob for 22 in a quarter. Cool, but he only scored 2 fucking points the rest of the game, and had a shittastic series. I love the kid and I love watching him play but jesus fucking christ. When he sucks he sucks, yet everyone is all over him and pretending that you can ignore the shit.

He’s a rookie. I’m all for unfairly crushing guys that don’t do it in the playoffs but you’re just not watching basketball if you expect rookies to be better than Mitchell has been.

It’s almost like really good teams make adjustments to take a hot scorer out of his rhythm. Mitchell will be a star in this league barring injury. The last rookie I remember being consistently dominating throughout the playoffs was Magic Johnson.
