Napolean Kaufman and Sean McGrew

It took me awhile to warm up to McGrew, but he's good. He might not be able to be an every down back in the NFL, but he might be able to in college. Since the rules state that you have to compare him to another white RB, I choose Danny Woodhead.

Nip....benched just short of 400lbs and he would run miles in those calf strengthing shoes....the guy was a workout junky.

I thought he benched like 430? I remember he out benched all th OL and that's back when we had OL who were worth a damn.

I think he was north of 400 too, but that wasn't over linemen. Pete Kaligis might still hold the record in the high 500s.

On top of that, he would run for hours late at night through the U-District. He liked the idea of getting better while everyone else was resting.

Cripsy-fied.

Yeah! Weights are for weaklings...I bet he couldn't make it through this fast tempo cardio class:

I wonder if McGrew can bench his own weight.

Who Cares about his bench. How much can he squat/deadlift?

That's so outdated.

How's he with a resistance band???

Where my dawgs at?
