Myles Murao, 2020 OL, Santa Ana (Mater Dei), CA (COMMITTED 😳)

We’re too slow ...

Now we’re too fast [/b]...

Coaches are lazy ...

Coaches are too aggressive[/b] ...

Damn this board is bi-polar

Literally fucking nobody has said this. Even Ballz didn’t say it in the post I assume you were responding to.

Maybe they sense they're slipping away from Murao and want to gauge how interested he is and/or if they can somehow surprise with an amazing visit.

Well in that case, I think Murao’s recruitment will be very similar to last years recruitment of Sean Rhyan. The kid wants to play near home, UCLA has all the early playing time in the world, the academic pedigree makes it tough to sell against, and Chip’s offense is very favorable to athletic, undersized OL.

Most of you will laugh at that paragraph and the thought of losing a guy to UCLA after their performance last year but he’s still a Mater Dei kid so just replace USC with UCLA in your imagination.

Well, after rhyan went UCLA I don't get my hopes up anymore. I just rolled with the punches

Myles OV this weekend per Sandwiches Eklund.

That means the recruitment is slipping and they need to make a great first impression and hope they can manage and massage it to the finish line.

If this is the case then it's good to see some situational awareness and flexibility from the recruiting staff...

I just think he’s already visited USC so many times that now he’s basically down to UCLA, UDUB and Michigan. The rap has always been that he wants to stay near home so if he goes and visits LSU and Michigan after UDUB I’m not too worried about the timing. If this is similar to Rhyan’s recruitment of last year, then this is already a better start.

The biggest thing I’m looking at is his connection to Nick Harris. Look at the Byron effect on Jacobe Covington. Look at what Keith Taylor did for Julius Irvin and Trent McDuffie. Nick Harris is seen as this OL swaglord which isn’t hard to do but Nick’s personality is charismatic and I think that’s our ACE in the hole.

We're recruiting too fast. Coaches are too aggressive. We need to slow down.

I got your back @Tequilla.

The argument is the coaches need to do a bit less evaluation and a bit more communication. The balance has gotten a tad off.

Who has said too fast and too aggressive? BTP will suck off a silver back gorilla if you can find the proof to such claims

Do you have any proof that they aren’t actively communicating?

If you don't want people to take your comments seriously then try being funny.
