Is it foolhardy to start Jack Flaherty in fantasy against the SURGING M's offense?

Randy has hit well against him in 6 ABs and is hot though.

I'm going to run with him since he pitches pretty well at Comerica (at home), pitches better in day games, and tends to pitch his best in July and August (he has bad Junes for some reason).

Haha whether you were joking or not, he pitched well enough but didn't get a W. Barely a quality start but did have 7K.
5 IP, 4 H, 2 ER, 2 BBs, 7Ks was his ultimate line.
