Rome is unreal /wrespect

Rome is having a Heisman level season.

dennis was RIGHT

My memory of that recruiting season is that Dennis was non-plussed by Odunze, at least early. When he first popped up on the radar there were actually DDY accolites who posted the standard "must've missed on the top targets" vomit. They either hadn't bothered watching his highlights, or did see them but needed confirmation from DDY before they were willing to stick their neck out and call him good.

Rome is a big guy who runs a 4.3. On the punt return he didn't look fast but he pulled away from everyone

Incredible talent that we really don't see here much

Dude is definitely NFL ready

He looked like he had a gear in reserve to me. Only ran as fast as he had to so his blockers could clean up a little traffic.

So when has UW ever has the top (big dick) passing QB in the country? Never.

When has UW ever had the #1 WR in the country? Never.

When has we had them both at the same time?

We really need to keep the dooging under control until the outcome of the Oregon game has been decided. But we? could be on the verge of something special in Montlake.

Never has BONEM been more true

In 16 they sucked and were dealt with early

This year I think Oregon is a bigger challenge than USC

100% agree. Oregon still has so much intuitional knowledge of getting greased up for UW. My hope is DeBoer has the killer instinct that Pete lacked and puts his boot on Laning's throat.

This is the most important BONEM of our lifetime.

The dooging is already hitting exit velocity

It is. But this time feels different.

We’re riding an 11 game win streak which has some quality wins. And we’re passing the eye test rather easily.

But still BONEM.

Cliche', they all matter. Exhibit A, last year's inexplicable loss to ASU. Exhibit B, last year's weak performance and loss to UCLA. The schedule has been underwhelming so far, that is about to change. Oregon will be a huge challenge at home, USC an even bigger challenge (IMHO) on the road. Can't look past Utah or scrappy Oregon state either, that was a close game at home last year, this year it is in Corvallis. And there are traps along the way. ASU will work their fucking voodoo dolls or whatever black magic those fuckers work against the Dawgs. Every game matters.

I don't remember who said it before but when someone like Rome makes what he does look so effortless and easy the explanation is usually that they are freaks
