That $9 hot dog in concession stands will have 3 cents go to Grady Gross every time he dongs one off an upright.
They need someone to help them manage the salary pool and negotiate contracts. AKA, a GM.
Kind of like what Stanford just hired Andrew Luck to serve as.

Well, they didn't hire there previous Jets decision makers. So there's that.
Pete as GM, Fisch recruiting 247 365 and a proper OC to take the playcalling. If the value is paying the players then divulge the money appropriately instead of paying the HC all the money for doing 3 jobs poorly
Stanford hired an alum who is passionate about the school and will do whatever it takes to make them succeed, nuff said about that. UW outsourced it to a 3rd party vendor who’s gonna nickel and dime you guys for every 15 minute block.
