At least he has a redshirt year available.
We'll see what happens:
1. Marvin Hall gets more snaps
2. Dotson gets more snaps (2nd fastest on the team), maybe even from the slot (fly-sweep too)
3. McClatcher doesn't redshirt and gets some snaps out of the slot due to his speed
Or maybe it will be a combination of the 3. Either way it will be interesting.

Listen dipshits, this was Ross' s last year. A year we will finish .500. Id rather he get an extra year and play next year when we will actually be good, and when we'll need a fast WR. Chico couldnt touch Ross with a head start

I don't think anyone is arguing that Ross is faster than Chico but it helps to have Chico as an option to replace some of his snaps if need be.
Dotson redshirted last year, is about Ross' size, and ran a 4.33 forty recently so he and Hall are probably first inline to take Ross' snaps.

Listening to Jood on with Sandmeyer, he seems to think that Ross is just recovering from his injury from last year and they expect him back in the summer. Jood actually has broken some injury news before, so maybe all hope isn't lost.
Yeah, hasn't Ross been out all spring BECAUSE of a knee surgery? Unless he re-agrivated it after having it fixed, this isn't anything new

Smith supposedly said on the Fat Douchebag's show today that he expects Ross to be full-go for fall
