Mora to Tejas?

Texas is a great job. A step up from UCLA, no doubt about it. But you start looking at the total pattern of behavior:

I always figured that if Mora did come to UW, it's be 2 or 3 years before he bolted to the NFL. Not going to be surprised if it happens for UCLA.

Clearly, Mora is being an idiot. He has obvious character issues and has burned a lot of bridges.

He told Myles Jack to look at the UW sideline and lick his fingers. That was just hurtful behavior.

I wouldn't blame him if he decided to go to Texas.

We got unlucky with Mora but then got lucky by getting Petersen as a consolation prize. Avoiding Nussmeier was a win but lets not be FS and say we got lucky by not getting a proven Pac-12 coach.

But we got a 92-12 coach instead. Who doesn't seem crazy.

O'Brien was being an idiot for leaving Penn State after 2 years. I know you were being sarcastic, but O'Brien is going to the Houston Texans of the NFL. HTH
 
If Mora is talking to Texas, he has jumped the shark in my mind.

Everyone's ambitious. But his behavior, on and off the field is approaching flat out weirdness.

Nobody ever said Jim Mora didn't have foot in mouth disease. So what? Who cares? Has nothing to do with what happens on the field.

I don't care much for UCLA either, but I would have liked to have Mora stay there a while longer just to beat the shit out of Sark during his 3-4 year tenure at USC.
