Good OL coach and great recruiter. He will get hired in a year or two. Being a NFL OL coach is a good way to fade into obscurity for a few years before getting another college gig. Nobody will touch him as a head coach for a long time, maybe forever, but he will be back coaching and I doubt it’s more than a year or two he’s away.
