It’s uw. We suck at firing. At least this one is being done in a reasonable timespan. We’re lucky jimmy is getting fired at all.

I'm unable/unwilling to believe it until I see it, given that every public action taken so far points to those "sources" speculating just like the rest of us are.

Does any of this really matter with Jen running the replacement search? I mean yeah, I get it. Hope springs eternal and we KNOW Jimmy isn't the guy so at least there is a chance with whoever the next guy is, but it's Jen. Come on. We're fucked.

By all indications he lit the defense up as the scout team QB, had a solid 2020 season, and has only gotten worse the longer he has stayed in the program (the Sark special)

Dude was Elite 11 and was not a scrub. Donovan ruined him completely, with an assist from Huff

Most good program have multiple QBs on the bench who can match his pre-UW resume. Most suck and don't pan out. Some guys just suck and I'm pretty sure he's one of them.

Your points still stand though. He had no chance through no fault of his own.

IF* outside parties are involved in the buyout, there are going to be more cooks in the kitchen than Jen on who gets the job. They aren't going to shell out that kind of coin to go away after the fact...It may be "our" shot at going big time...
