As usual in an off year, the midterms look bad for the GOP (the party in control of the WH). Unfortunately, it is a piece of continual future/history that seems to lack the ability to change.
My biggest concern is TX. They asked for more corporations and welcomed transplants from CA, NY and IL and now those idiots who made the move are voting for the same policies and candidates that ruined the states they couldn't wait to move out of. Recently went to Austin and couldn't believe how bad it has gotten under the far left leadership, It is not the TX of old.
With the further gerrymandering of VA, CA, PA and NY it will be tough sledding for Republicans. Add to it the lefts desire to thwart the will of the people (reference the ballot measure on transportation tax in OR, overwhelmingly popular ID to vote, etc.) and elections that put bold faced liars in office (reference VA again). Democrats are experts and lying and cheating. Their press won't spend one minute per day talking about the hundreds of billions of taxpayer dollars democrats have stolen so there is virtually zero to be gained by spending hundreds of hours scolding democrat leadership who just deny there was any corruption at all.
The GOP needs to start by stopping the cheating.

National security requires a provable vote. A republic cannot function on ‘trust us.’
