Michigan QB Cade McNamara enters transfer portal

He’s terrible. Oregon and UW shouldn’t even give him a look. His closest comp is probably brian Bennett

Despite what you may have seen Saturday, Michigan has a well documented quarterback problem and this kid came in 2nd

Hartman from Wake is more of a DeBoer type gunslinger

I'm all in on Hartman assuming he doesn't declare

I think Cade is solid. 64% completion ration last year. QB RTG of 141 (compared to Penix 155). Watched his 2021 highlights he's not going to amaze with frozen ropes but his ball placement is solid.

A big reason why this offense is all but unstoppable most of the time is that Penix's arm strength makes them defend a lot of field. If I'm Deboer I'd only look at guys with big arms. Haener would be the bare minimum.

Cade played behind the best OL in cfb. And was below mediocre. Can’t Make a throw more than 10 yards down field unless the guys a free runner v broken coverage
