Michael Penix makes appearance in Tuscaloosa, helps Kalen DeBoer with recruiting

I'm not too bent out of shape about it. Like it or not, Penix owes a lot to DeBoer and players don't have the same loyalty that fans have to the programs after they're gone. It's not like it's Oregon or USC either who you could consider a UW rival.
 
Penix was at the Spring game and has helped out Fisch too.
 
Plenty of Big Penix Energy to go around. Why limit yourself to one hot program when you can help yourself to many.

I mean they were at Indiana together. It's not like they spent 6 years at UW. Also Penix is doing OTAs in Georgia. It's not like he flew 2000 miles for some recruiting event.

I don’t like it one bit but I get it. He was there and a recruit was there and they took a picture.
If he flew in for the recruiting weekend I’m less than ok with it.

Tuscaloosa is a little closer to ATL then Seattle so there’s that as well.
