None of the problems she listed are problems for "normal" Americans.
The exception being food prices...which we've been told don't matter to inflation for 4 years.

The economic argument for illegal immigration that is in the Econ text books is true, the one where illegals are employed and not suing services. It’s not the version that we have seen since 2021. The Biden version is inflation and crime inducing and takes up a ton of resources.

Pre Biden I was a lot less interested in the guys and gals that were working. Stolen social security numbers an issue though because you have to steal one to pay taxes. A lot of it is and was underground and the advocates like to gloss over that
At any rate I was willing to freeze in place and let my er workers in country win the lottery and stay. After 30 years of real wage decreases thanks to illegals I was ready to give up the fight and let construction go as an alternative to American kids who don't want to drop 100 grand on transgender studies

Below is the big lie. I was prepared for amnesty provided it didn't go to welfare recipients or illegal aliens and if the border was shut (like really shut), the wall got built, remittances were taxed and employers were actively investigated and serious fines were imposed for employing illegals. But the dems wanted the same 1986 deal with Reagan. Amnesty with no secured border and employers were free to continue illegal hiring. The Gang of 8 in 1991 was a Schumer led project to grant amnesty in return for vague promises to secure the border in the distant future. Same thing happened with the Schumer bill in 2024 that the dems claimed was necessary for the dementia patient to "close" the border. Let in only 5,000 unvetted illegals per day (1,825,000 per year) then miraculously shut the border down so number 5,001 was captured and immediately deported. Yeah, sure. Leftards lie and love to be lied to.
