Just FYI, I’m currently being audited. I’ll be sure to get that payment out to you Derek after the audit is over….probably sometime in October.

I never officially retracted it but I decided to hold off on that decision for now. The thing is that back in early 2024 I was personally offended by a handful of people with post totals ranging from 15,000-57,000, who were posting about having taken their family of four to New Orleans for the Sugar Bowl (etc.), and yet they couldn't even kick in $25 to help the site out. That really bothered me. So I talked with Yella and then made that statement in Sept 2024 about the 5,000 post mark and posting rights. I might still do it in the future, but decided to hold off for now because it didn't feel right in the grand scheme of things.

The other day I received in the mail an anonymous farewell letter with $21 in cash. He was saying he disagreed with one of my policies and that he had fallen out of step with the site's prevailing mindset or something akin. I am assuming it was @AOG. I wish him well.
