Spinny aside...I think the coaching changes have worked out very well for OSU. their women's hoops  team is not spectacular in any way...But they are very good in many ways. Solid defense, solid rebounding, solid block outs, they take good care of the ball, good but not great, they shoot from outside well enough to keep teams honest. They have solid post play, and they protect the middle. that's a recipe for a nice winning percentage and a trip to the ncaa's.

Their men's team is similar, but different...they take care of the ball, they have some decent outside shooters, not great but decent, (sort of like Oregon), but they have size inside, and can rebound the ball. They are OK defenders, not great, but adequate. As I  see it, I think Tinkle is getting it done with smoke and mirrors this year, but once Tinkle gets his own recruits in there, they could be pretty tough.

I won't root for OSU...but I can respect good solid fundamental play when I see it.

WTF? A duck posting drivel about OSU's woman's and men's basketball team on a UW football board. If anyone deserves no warning, cheswick is that d-bag.

Is this suppose to be funny?
