Medicine Music

What do you listen to to help recover from a loss or tramautic experience? Axing for a fren

Depends. Is your fren* wanting to feel their emotions or run away from them? And what was the trauma? Breakup? Death? Layoff? Realizing Mario Cristobal is their team’s head coach?

*I just realized my phone no long tries to autocorrect this to “friend”. Heh.

Still not enough info but I’ll take a crack at it...during the really shitty periods in my life there were times I wanted to stop grieving or stop being pissed off I listened to early 90s hip hop. For whatever reason it always cheered me up. YMMV.

Seeds and Stems by Commander Cody is the saddest Cuntry song of all time and perfect medicine music. @RaceBannon will agree with me on this.
