I don’t think so. Too many other systemic issues with supply. Issues that we haven’t endured in the last 45 years. And even then it was just gas and oil.

China is closed for business. Zero covid means zero covid. We are going to have shortages of things of all manner. The only thing that might temper inflation is a crashing economy with deflationary pressure.

I'm kinda in this boat...the idiots in charge will tout inflation moderating while they watch the economy as a whole burn up for a while.

Consumer debt looks brutal with these food and fuel prices...
