Rats have no problem with it. The proof is in how they will do absolutely nothing to change the environment. The crime is rampant and democrats have done absolutely zero to stop it. Unless you call giving free food, cell phones, free healthcare and free needles doing something about it.

Perhaps Race would know, but I think if federal funds are involved in public housing then the federal Davis-Bacon Act requires highly inflated federally scheduled wage payments which greatly increases construction costs.
