Americans need to change their diets and people on govt assistance should never be able to use SNAP/EBT on 2 litres and Cheetos.
all of that shit that started getting produced in the late 70s/80s is killing us now with the ultra processed calorie dense foods. That is THE major issue with public health that we face.
We need to take the sugar away from the fatties and it has to start with mandatory diet education at the K-12 level. Maybe less cross dresser story hour and more “here’s what you little shits need to be eating”
If you watch TV and movies from 08 to 2019 big pharma is the evil empire. Mainly for opiods but also in general for ripping people off
