Fow Chee knew damn well were the virus came from, but lied. He knew that the masks the populace was going to wear and weren't thrown away daily wouldn't work, but he lied. Then he told us we maybe need 2-3 masks. I believe he was dumb enough to believe the vaxx would protect a vaccinated from the unvaxxed. But, at best he was dead wrong.
