The death rate in Washington is under 1 person per 100,000. It’s beyond mass hysteria at this point. It’s so fucking boring too. It gets reactions from both sides so the media keeps pumping it out. It’s not entirely their fault because Biden and other politicians never shut the fuck up about it and what they say gets reported. Who gives a shit whether someone got a vaccine or not.

First thing came to my mind is the teachers unions.
It’s worth repeating, we were explicitly promised a return to normal
the entire flare up of the Delta non-existent variant is all for leading up to the 2022 midterm elections to ensure mail in voting. The DOJ is already getting the word out that they are not happy about audits and it violates fed law.
That will tie it up in court for 2 years and the DOJ doesn't care if they win - stalling tactics is what they need and will get.
