I think this would be covered in the 95% effective clause.

This is why the therapeutics are important. Vaccines never work for everyone.

This is also why a vaccine passport shouldn't be mandatory, there are legit reasons that people can't or shouldn't be vaccinated.

Same issue in Oregon and probably most states. The law is clear in Wisconsin - the executive has an expiration period for executive orders. After that - the statute explicitly requires an extension by the legislature. Wisconsin and their 4 "conservative" judges read the statute and enforced the law. In Oregon, our leftard judges just make sh*t up and ignored the statute.

The conservative-leaning court ruled 4-3 that Evers violated state law by unilaterally issuing multiple emergency orders to extend the mandate for months. The court found Evers needed legislative approval to issue more orders after the initial 60-day mandate he issued in August expired.

"The question in this case is not whether the governor acted wisely; it is whether he acted lawfully.[/b] We conclude he did not," Justice Brian Hagedorn wrote for the majority.

The decision marks another legal defeat for Evers. The Supreme Court in May struck down his stay-at-home order, finding that his health secretary lacked the authority to issue such an order. A state appeals court blocked Evers' attempts to limit capacity in bars, restaurants and other indoor places in October.
 
Yes, I saw the CDC director's tears and I'm sure they were real. And that's why it's inappropriate to put emotionally charged people in positions of power and responsibility.

When did this idea of putting homeless people in charge of homelessness, or emotional women scientists in charge of the CDC, or people with these "lived experiences" in charge of things? Terrible idea, because they can never, ever be objective and impartial while carrying the baggage of personal experiences they will default to drawing upon in a crisis.

Why do we have Civilian control of the Military? Because we don't want guys who've "been there" avenging pain and losses in every subsequent military confrontation or re-fighting wars in their heads like the CDC doc is doing.

Shitty leadership is all over the place today, because we're dumb enough to swallow that the most emotional people will make the best decisions, despite evidence to the contrary for all of human existence.

They normally work much better than the China virus vaccine does. We'll see as time progresses.
