I always hate this sh*t. It's a legal product and subject to a strict federal background check. So, if John steals a legal Glock from a car and then shots himself while trying to figure out how it works - in the dazzler's dream world that would be actionable. Just like the cigarette cases. Someone buys a legal product that contains a Surgeon General's warning on the pack and then smokes two packs a day and then gets to sue for lung cancer?
