This is about basketball. Same as football though I think it mostly has to do with the quality of teams over road trips. Didn't the last place team in the Big 10 just come out to Seattle and beat UW?didn’t Oregon win the 2024 Big 10 regular season title ?
It will be chinteresting when the media deals all blow up and the cards get shuffled around again. This is about basketball. Same as football though I think it mostly has to do with the quality of teams over road trips. Didn't the last place team in the Big 10 just come out to Seattle and beat UW?
The west coast schools joining the Big 10 didn't make any sense in football and it still made 5x more sense than it did in basketball. The conference should have found a way to get Gonzaga and someone like San Diego State to join in basketball.
One of the worst parts about college sports right now is there are so many hypotheticals that make sense that you know will never happen. I don't ever even remember seeing a reasoning for why football wasn't just separated or maybe football and basketball. Maybe Larry Scott can explain it to me.It will be chinteresting when the media deals all blow up and the cards get shuffled around again.
The Old Pac 12 booting Colorado because they never fucking belonged any way keep Ute and add BYU. Add also GU and St. Mary's in everything but football. SDSU and Boise St maybes.
Won't ever happen.
