The trades pay better out of high school than any other job. By the time a kid racks up 100K in debt to graduate to a declining field the guy in the trades can own his own company instead of being a drone for Bezos or Gates
Who built the 3 bed two bath rambler you over payed for? Who built the Microsoft Campus and the Amazon highrises? Not some tech geek who can't press over 75 pounds

I’m just merely pointing out when other countries want to develop winners that’s where they send their talent. That should tell you everything.

The problem with trade schools is they promote one trick ponies. They learn how to do one thing well. I can do multiple things as demonstrated on this board. Remember when I destroyed that “lawyer”s” argument because I knew tax law better than him? That’s what you get from people like me.
