All these numbers tend to be bullshit. They also tend to favor democrats initially. I could live without them but politicians love them

If the CBO admits it you know it's even further ahead than that.
Interesting. They need to clean house at the CBO. 80% of its employees are registered democrats. It didn't get that way by chance.
Even if the bias wasn't a factor (it is), their numbers have been so off and wrong so many times that is seems the office of the CBO is a waste of time and taxpayer dollars.
I always have to chuckle when the lefts media opens with "The non-partisan CBO". It's a bold faced lie and they know it every time they say it.

About the same with the "non partisan" redistricting in California.
The biggest adjustment probably related to their initial scoring of the expiration of Trump's tax cuts as "new revenue".
