Well multiple amendments in the 18th and 19th century say it wasn't.

Anyway, how is something like Fannie and Freddie Constitutional? There wasn't an amendment passed by all the States cementing the Federal Government's role in residential housing nor in creating housing bubbles.

How is the Constitution an imperfect document? I'm not saying it's absolutely perfect but am curious as where you think it is imperfect.

20th as well. 3/4th of the states (38 states now) need to agree that the constitution is not perfect. Women think it's not perfect but they could not get those 38 states to agree
