The dems own Cali and they have done the most to institute cheap green renewable solar and wind energy and it turns out it isn't cheap, green or renewable. Of course it is also not reliable so you have keep reliable load plants in operation plus all your new renewable plants plus transmission and Cali has to buy spot energy at huge mark up because they have such sh*tty load plants and have to buy spot off the grid.
