I'm Christian and didn't know he was. He absolutely goes out of his way to be an anti homer and that's the only reason I don't like him very much. His commentary is a bit robotic but I don't mind hearing his analytical style once a in a while

Nobody walks the path of Christ as a husky fan like I do..but I appreciate Brock's effort.

Then there's Collinsworth, who wasn't bad 30 years ago. Now because he's on the primetime game, he feels the need to be loud and obnoxious. Madden was naturally jovial and loud, but it was genuine. He was the GOAT.
