Thinking of applying for a Manager job where I work.....I'm a union worker at the college now so big step for me.

Do I tell my boss that I'm applying or just wait until later in the process? Or just let the whole thing play out and say nothing unless job is offered.

Depends on the boss. If he's a really good guy and you have a good relationship then he'd appreciate you telling him and would support you. Otherwise you probably shouldn't say anything until you get further in the process bc it could be a double edged sword (though we don't know the details of your work place).

I wouldn't say shit to your boss...been burned before by a cuntrag boss by saying too much...if you have an office or some kind of workspace I'd keep it locked and off-limits as much as possible... a different cuntrag at a different job snooped around my office, which I didn't analyze too much at the time, but I was canned about five months later and I know she was the catalyst.
