Hoping is nothing, BTW. Interesting though, police and the prosecutor in King county HAVE been prosecuting verbal altercations as 4th degree criminal assault the past few years. They love the internet, because they have great evidence to take to a judge. These have even been on local TV News; relatives threatening each other etc. is VERY popular with the Prosecutor's Office. Even VERBAL altercations in bars have been prosecuted.

This is NOT my opinion of what should happen, BTW. It is simply over-active liberal politicians being the control freaks that they are. Beware, Big Brother is watching.
